Wright papers, 1890-1966 (bulk 1924-1927).

Primarily legal documents and correspondence concerning the legal claim by Carlotta Cockburn to the estate of Carlotta Crabtree in 1926-1927. The collection contains Wright's notes on the depositions of witnesses who were discussing life in Tombstone in the 1880s. There are also materials from Charles Wright mostly concerning the Tucson High School class of 1916 and their 1956 and 1966 class reunions. Correspondence from classmates describe their high school years and their lives since. Correspondents include Rosemary Drachman Taylor, Ralph Herndon, Eleazor Herreras, Leta Hoffman Davis, and Mary Fickett Howes. Also present are photographs of the class of 1916, the reunions, and photographs of Yuma in the 1890s.

Tucson attorney; District Attorney for Yuma County, then was Territorial Attorney General from 1909 to 1912, and U.S. District Attorney from 1925 to 1929, and maintained a private practice in Tucson.
